"We checked in. Walking into the room there is a strong odor. There is no soap, towels, toilet paper and I look at the beds… they are rumpled and there are pillow cases missing. There’s also pee in the toilet.I passed a woman on the way to the desk and she gave me a number for “Ila” to text who is the manager. I texted-no answer. I walked to the desk and wait for about 5-10 minutes and then go into the restaurant where I learned Ila is who checked me in. I explain what happened and asked for her...

"We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! From the moment we booked, the host went above and beyond with communication and made everything so easy and welcoming. The cabin itself was even better than we expected. It was incredibly clean, cozy and full of charm. You can tell the host put a lot of heart into this place, and it shows.
